I declare that the use of the vehicle hereby entered will be covered by valid Insurance as required by the law.

I will not hold The Round Rutland Run or any associates or suppliers to this event liable for any damage I may suffer, including damage to any vehicle(s) and/or indirect and/or consequential damage. Except where organisers, associates or suppliers to the event have been negligent I will not hold them liable for death or injury.

If you are having trouble paying, contact us and we can try and help. Alternatively we can arrange for payment to be taken on the day (an additional fee of £2 will apply).

THE ENTRY FEE HELPS TO COVER EXPENSES INCURRED IN RUNNING THE EVENT AND ALSO ALLOWS FOR A PORTION TO BE DONATED TO THE AIR AMBULANCE AND OTHER ROTARY CHARITIES
